With a passion for moving images on screens, Paula Loos continues to craft visual stories, capturing the essence of each location and narrative. A proud member of the Art Directors Guild (ADG), her work has graced screens globally—from her unique touch in “Passengers” alongside renowned designer Guy Dyas to Art Director in the action-packed “Hitman’s Bodyguard” with Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds.
The feature film “Pleasure” gained recognition with nominations at the British Independent Film Awards and Sundance in 2021. Paula’s work on “Pleasure” earned a Guldbagge Awards nomination for Best Production Design. Thanks to Ninja Thyberg and her vision for this film, we were able to make it look authentic for the environment where it was set.
Among other features, some of Paula’s latest work is directed by Chris Nelson. “Reunion,” scheduled on Paramount+ in early 2024 and was filmed in Los Angeles, is a mystery murder comedy eagerly anticipated for the audience’s enjoyment. The feature “Witte Wieven,” directed by Didier Konings, is officially selected for the International Film Festival in Rotterdam in 2024.
