Paula is a Production Designer creating cinematic worlds, for union and independent films, brands and culture.
Born in the Netherlands, traveled around the world for work and leisure, balancing creative ambition with production reality. She loves to design new worlds and working with people
Film. Paula collaborated closely with Director and Concept Artist Didier Konings on the movies Witte Wieven (2023) and Circles (2026), shaping distinct visual language from early concept through execution. She also collabborated with Production Designer Guy Dyas on the movie “Passengers”, a film award by the Art Directors Guild and nominated for the Academy awards.
As Art Director on The Hitman’s bodyguard, starring Samuel L. Jackson and Ryan Reynolds, she delivers large-scale, action-driven scenes in collaboration with Russell de Rosario on the Dutch part of the shoot while maintaining the budget.
In 2025 she received a Silver Telly Award for the film “On the Run” produced by Mike Teevee and directed by Traci Hays.
